HMSHost wins catering contract at Nashville International

HMSHost has won the contract to develop new food and beverage facilities at Nashville International Airport

HMSHost has won its first food and beverage contracts at Nashville International Airport. The operator will be present at the airport for 13 years with revenue estimated to exceed $182m for the duration.

The contract begins in May 2007 and confirmed outlets are Starbucks coffee, Jack Daniel's Tennessee Tavern, Neely's Bar-B-Que, Gibson Cafè, which celebrates the Nashville's guitar supplier of the same name. Noshville Delicatessen, Provence Breads & Cafè, Quiznos Subs, Burger King, Baja Burrito, Famous Famiglia Pizzeria and Seattle's Best Coffee are other planned outlets.
