Autogrill Group is to strengthen its presence in Asia through American division HMSHost

HMSHost is to operate at Singapore Changi airport in terminals one, two and three after securing contracts to provide food and beverage services in nine points of sale.

The travel-retailer, which is part of the Autogrill Group, predicted sales in excess of $16m for the duration of the concessions which will last between one and three years and be spread over 900sq m (9,687sq ft) at the airport.

Services in some locations were open to the public at the end of last year. The rest will follow by the end of the month. The portfolio includes a combination of international brands and Southeast Asian food including Sushi Sushi, an international quick Sushi restaurant; Boost Juice; Tiger Champions Bar, a joint partnership with Asia Pacific Breweries; and Ya Kun Kaya Toast, an established Asia/Pacific toast and teahouse.
