Gulf Air and Britannia scoop top ISPY Awards

The Inflight Sales Person of the Year Awards, held on December 10 in Reading, UK, attracted the strongest ever line-up of airlines and cabin crew

The Inflight Sales Person of the Year Awards (ISPY) were held at a glittering ceremony on December 10, and attracted a strong line-up of cabin crew from a diverse selection of airlines. Organised by Travel Retail Training, the event paid tribute to the best inflight sales staff and helped hone their selling techniques. Gulf Air's Tara Coady won the Inflight Sales Person of the Year award in the scheduled airlines section, with Britannia's Helen Barns-Powell scooping the charter award. EasyJet's Stuart Cant won the award in the low-cost category.
