Gold Coast airport expansion to prioritise retail

Dunedin International airport on New Zealand's Gold Coast is considering a new international terminal to improve retail facilities and cope with surging passenger numbers

The international section, designed to handle a meagre 200 passengers hourly, witnessed a 40% surge in passengers in the six months to December 31.
