Georgia launches tender on Azerbaijan border

The government is to solicit bids to operate a border store on the border with Azerbaijan

 

The Georgian government is to launch a tender to operate a duty-free store at the crossing into Azerbaijan, according to local reports. The shop will be situated on non-agricultural land near the bridge crossing, and will measure 40sq m (430.4sq ft).

The government said the tender would be launched imminently, with a decision to be announced within a month.
