Gebr Heinemann buys stake in marine supplier

Pratorius Stralsund, Germany's leading ferry and marine supplier has announced that Gebr Heinemann will take an equal stake in the company from January 1.

Both partners are focusing on the north-east European travel-retail market, in particular Poland and further east. "This partnership will represent a complete supply and logistical service offer to both customers and suppliers," said Gebr Heinemann director Gunnar Heinemann.
