Frederik Vermeulen appointed MD Europe at XpresSpa

He will take the position from January 1 and develop the brand’s positioning and development in the region

XpresSpa has named Frederik Vermeulen as managing director of XpresSpa Europe from January 1. Vermeulen has 12 years experience in the airport industry and most recently served as director of business development at Amsterdam Schiphol airport where he was responsible for developing and introducing new commercial activities to Airport City.

He said: “We intend to build the XpresSpa brand in Europe by developing locations at a pace similar to XpresSpa’s US expansion. We believe that European travellers will embrace XpresSpa with the same enthusiasm that US travellers have.”
