A different retail operator will manage each of the new spaces at Singapore Changi airport
Four speciality/brand name shop concessions have been awarded to four different retail operators at Singapore Changi airport terminal three north departure/transit lounge. They beat competition from 13 other firms to land the contracts, which run for three years starting on January 9.
Nuance-Watson (Singapore) has secured an agreement for a 62sq m (667sq ft) Marc OPolo fashion shop after offering an addition rental of either 27% of total monthly gross sales (TMGS) or a minimum monthly guarantee (MMG) of S$37,000 ($24,500), whichever is higher.
Market One will open a 100sq m (1,076sq ft) Apple store, having offered an additional rental of either 3-4% of TMGS depending on turnover or an MMG of S$20,000 ($13,226).
Chomel won the contract to operate a 91sq m (980sq ft) Madame Butterfly outlet, offering an additional rental of 22% of TMGS or an MMG payment of S$55,000 ($36,366), whichever is higher.
Finally, Risis landed 78sq m (840sq ft) of space, which it will occupy with a Risis Atelier shop after it tabled a bid of an additional rental of either 28% of TMGS or an MMG payment of S$40,000 ($26,453), whichever is higher.
