Five bid for Changi mid-price accessories concession

A second mid-price fashionwear concession has been awarded to the only bidder

Five companies have registered bids for a 34sq m (366sq ft) mid-price fashion accessories concession at Singapore Changi airport terminal two’s departure/transit lounge south, level two.

Chomel offered an additional rental of either 20% of total monthly gross sales (tmgs) or a minimum monthly guarantee (mmg) of S$35,000 ($24,687), whichever is higher. Denni International bid the highest at either 32% of tmgs or an mmg of S$82,000 ($57,840). Ossia International offered 10% of tmgs or an mmg of S$5,000 ($3,527), whichever is higher, to open a Camper shop. Paris Bijoux Manufacturing proposed to pay the highest of 30% of tmgs or an mmg of S$60,000 ($42,328). Finally, The Marketing Co offered either 25% of tmgs or an mmg of S$38,000 ($26,809), whichever is higher, for an Accessorize outlet.

The Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore also announced that Active World has won the tender for a 39.2sq m (422sq ft) mid-price branded fashionwear concession at Changi T2 departure/check-in hall south, level two, where it proposed to open a Carlo Rino store. Active World was the only bidder for the concession.
