First Drinks Brands, the independent drinks supplier, is entering into a partnership with Cecil MacDonald to drive sales of Stolichnaya, De Kuyper, Warninks, Disaronno and Mateus Rosé through UK travel-retail channels

First Drinks Brands, the independent drinks supplier, is entering into a partnership with Cecil MacDonald to drive sales of Stolichnaya, De Kuyper, Warninks, Disaronno and Mateus Rosé through UK travel-retail channels.

First Drinks managing director Chris Mason said: "We are delighted to have reached an agreement with Cecil MacDonald. The team there will provide a focused resource to grow our mutual travel-retail business by further boosting the presence of these international brands. We believe the company's sector expertise will benefit customers and maximise sales in this important trading channel."

Cecil MacDonald has been a specialist distributor of wines, spirits and confectionery in travel-retail for 57 years.

Cecil MacDonald managing director Steve Wescott said: "We consider this to be a win-win situation for both First Drinks, ourselves and our customers. Working in collaboration, we will be able to capitalise on the focus and commitment First Drinks give to their brands when we take them to our customers."
