European association could aid Espace Voyageur roll-out

A new trade body proposed by the International Travel Retail Confederation and Tax Free World Association could provide a truly representative regional industry voice, as ITRC announces a Cannes workshop on Espace Voyageur

A new European trade body proposed by the International Travel Retail Confederation and the Tax Free World Association could help establish Espace Voyageur as a legal framework for the region's travel retailers. The two associations have formed a joint working group to work towards the introduction of a more truly representative regional organisation, and hope to have proposals in place by the end of the year.

Crucially, AdP has gained the support of BAA, Aer Rianta and Belgian Sky Shops. Espace Voyageur signage will soon appear in their locations.
