Emporio Armani boutique opens in Shenzhen airport T3
The boutique is operated in partnership with LS Travel Retail
A new Emporio Armani boutique has opened in partnership with LS Travel Retail at the new Shenzhen airport domestic terminal three. The opening is part of Emporio Armani’s travel-retail expansion and spans 100sq m, the concept of which “fits in perfectly within the hub designed by Massimiliano Fucsas, whose architecture is characterised by destructured shapes and harmonics” said the luxury fashion brand in a statement.
The boutique envisages the Giorgio Armani's vision of the modern and casual lifestyle, as represented by its Emporio Armani brand. It will offer the brand’s complete lifestyle collection for men and women, which includes formal and casual wear, sportswear, accessories, watches, sunglasses and jewellery.
The interior of the boutique includes an irregular perimeter of back-lit clear glass, while the accessories area has an organic shape with two central totem poles with large screens. The main facade, made entirely of glass, offers visibility of the entire boutique. The result is a spacious, modern and cosy space, perfect for the collection, said the company.
LS Travel Retail won the 1,700sq m luxury and fashion contract at the new T3 in March 2013. The travel retailer plans to open 13 luxury fashion outlets at the airport this week.
