Emch named ASUTIL president

South American duty-free association ASUTIL has named its board for 2002 to 2004. At the trade body's general assembly on December 3, InterBaires ceo Randy Emch was elected president, succeeding London Supply's Francisco Heredia who remains a director.
Brasif managing director Samuel Kauffman was named vice-president, while Jos? Luis Donagaray continues as secretary-general.
