Elizabeth Arden acquires Riviera Concepts

Elizabeth Arden has revealed plans to grow its newly-acquired fragrance portfolio from Riviera Concepts globally
Elizabeth Arden has purchased the brand licenses and "certain assets" of Riviera Concepts. Its portfolio includes the Badgley Mischka fragrance, to be launched this September in prestige department and speciality stores in the US and Canada, Hummer for Men and designer fragrance brands of Nanette Lepore, Cynthia Rowley, Alfred Sung, British accessory designer Lulu Guinness and American couturier Bob Mackie. The financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Adrian Ellis, president of Riviera said: "It has been a pleasure to work with Elizabeth Arden on this transaction. They offer tremendous opportunity for these brands to grow. Each brand will benefit from their global infrastructure, sales, marketing and distribution capabilities."

Each will contribute to and complement our Elizabeth Arden fragrance portfolio.
