Duty Free Philippines gears up for new Manila terminal

PHILIPPINES. The delay in opening the new terminal three at Manila?s Ninoy Aquino International airport, ordered by president Gloria Arroyo, was purely about security and not retail revenue issues, according to Duty Free Philippines (DFP). DFP general manager Michael Kho said the new terminal, where DFP said it would be operating, could open by February 2003.
