Dufry opens two confectionery stores in Singapore

The duty-free operator's T1 and T2 stores will make it Changi's biggest confectionery retailer

Dufry Group has opened two new confectionery stores at Singapore Changi airport terminal one, a 34sq m (366sq ft) landside outlet and a 101sq m (1,087sq ft) airside shop. The retailer said it also plans to open its flagship confectionery store in T2 by 18 September.
 
As reported in DFNI July 15, Dufry's new outlets will make it the biggest confectionery retailer at Changi. The company secured a T1 confectionery concession in July, adding to the T2 concession it won in March.
 
Dufry regional marketing director Eurasia and Asia Daniel Garcia said: "We are working to bring the best brands [and] present them in a unique and fun environment. Our shops will feature the ?best of the best' of both the world class brands and a wide assortment of destination chocolates."
