Dufry opens computer store at Changi

The Swiss retailer bolsters its electronics business at Singapore Changi with a new 136sq m store

Dufry Singapore has opened a 136sq m (1,463sq ft) computer and software store at Singapore Changi airport in the departure transit south area of terminal two. The shop offers a selection of laptops, mobile phones, computer software and games.

Dufry deputy COO Eurasia and Asia region Jan Baljet said: "Over the past few months we have worked very hard on this new shop and we are convinced that the location and layout of the shop are going to boost our sales. Our strategy remains the same; the best and newest products for challenging prices."

Dufry was awarded the computer and software concession in 2001 and operates nine shops at Changi.
