Two senior managers have bought the Dutch electronics distributor

Dufri International has been bought by two of the distributor's senior managers. Commercial director Wim Heemskerk and financial director Andrea Taekema have purchased the company from owners and chief executive officers Sheila de Best and Nico Attema. The new management is effective from the beginning of July.

De Best and Attema have owned the company since 1997 and will remain to advise the new management for the next two years. They will also represent Dufri International at this year's TFWA World Exhibition in Cannes

Taekema has been Dufri's financial director since 2004 and previously worked as an auditor at KPMG. Heemskerk joined in 1990 and was previously sales manager at Sony for ten years.

Email addresses for de Best and Attema have changed to sheila.de.best@euronet.nl and nico.attema@euronet.nl.

See DFNI July 15 for further details.
