Nestlé International Travel Retail sold 980 tonnes of its products at Dubai Duty Free last year

Dubai Duty Free achieved record sales of Nestlé food and confectionery in 2003, making it Nestlé International Travel Retail's most successful airport outlet.

Nestlé sales at Dubai were up 32% on 2002 levels, totalling more than 980 tonnes of food and confectionery products and winning the retailer an award from the food giant's travel-retail division. Dubai Duty Free managing director Colm McLoughlin said: ?In the past year, we have enjoyed record sales in a number of categories. We are delighted that the Nestlé business has grown to this extent and look forward to even greater figures this year?.

Nestlé International Travel Retail regional sales manager for Middle East/Africa and the subcontinent Alan Brennan said: "This represents another milestone for Dubai Duty Free, and demonstrates the success of our partnership.?
