Dubai Duty Free passes Scotch Masterclass

Dubai Duty Free's deputy general manager of operations, Brendan O' Shea took to the Scottish highlands recently where he was initiated as a Master Blender at the Scotland 2001 Masterclass.

Held at Lynn House in Keilt, the Masterclass course included comparison tastings, a master blend challenge and a detailed review of all stages of the production of Chivas Regal, from raw material, distillation, blending and aging to the bottling and packaging of the product.

The course concluded with a Highland banquet and awards ceremony.
