CANADA. Douglas Crossing landowner the Semiahmoo First Nation has revealed that it felt ?it had no choice? but to accept Douglas Crossing Duty Free (DCDF) as a tenant following discussions with the operator and tender-issuing body Canada Customs and Revenue Agency (CCRA).
