Kappé Schiphol executive directors Cees Bosman and Johan Meiring have stepped down from their positions, as a result of differences about the direction of the company. Earlier today,  Bosman told TRW: "We made the internal announcement yesterday and explained that we have a different vision for the Kappé company. But we left in a good atmosphere and are on good terms with Jacques Parson." Bosman was responsible for the company's retailing activities and Meiring for its financial activities.

In a statement, Kappé president Jacques Parson and vice-president Rob Bosman said: "Despite our harmonious cooperation in the past, crucial differences with respect to future developments for Kappé companies led us to this decision. In order to prevent any misunderstanding, we agreed that the change will be effective as of 5 February. Both Cees and Johan have indicated they will make themselves available during the transfer of activities and responsibilities."

The interim leadership of Kappé Nederland BV will now handled by Parson and Rob Bosman. A new management structure will be issued tomorrow.
