Diageo seizes Bushmills as Pernod hunts bigger prey

As revealed on RavenFox.com on June 6, Pernod Ricard has persuaded Diageo not to enter the race for Allied Domecq after the French company agreed to sell its Bushmills Irish whiskey brand for €295m ($364m)
