Details emerge in Argentina

Following the purchase of InterBaires by a consortium led by London Supply - as revealed exclusively by DFNI eXTRA yesterday - details of the deal are emerging

TRW understands that Enrique Urioste has been confirmed as CEO of the operator, while the takeover vehicle will be known as London Supply Capital. The price of the purchase has been confirmed as $20m.
