Desmond Begg: A Celebration

After the sad death of our friend and colleague Desmond Begg, long-time Latin American editor at TRW sister publication Duty-Free News International, TRW can announce plans for a celebration of Des' life to be held in London at 5pm on Thursday May 9. In keeping with Des' love of Mexico and Central America, the venue is to be the Mexican restaurant Down Mexico Way, off Regent Street in London's West End.

The evening will be an opportunity for Des' many friends within the industry to reminisce and to share anecdotes. A Mexican buffet supper will be served and there will be a fully-licensed bar.
