DFS Group has set up a luxury online shopping site targeting its customers in China

The Group has launched www.Galleria.com.cn, which it says is China’s first online luxury shopping site. A total of 30 brands and more than 1,000 individual items will be available for Chinese consumers to buy.

DFS are launching the site in partnership with Shanghai Difusi Information Technology and Development Co. The website is in both Chinese and English and customers can get information from trained representatives either through the site’s chat room or by calling a toll free number.

Orders are dealt with at a warehouse in Shanghai and deliveries can be made to nearly any address in China, with shipping free for purchases over Rmb500 ($657.9). A quarterly catalogue will also complement the online service. Products are guaranteed to be authentic and there is a returns policy as well as multiple payment options.

Customers can shop by brand or category with an area for gifting and a “Lookbook” section showing some of the hottest items on offer.
