DFS Venture Singapore secures wine and cigars contracts at Changi

The sole bidder for the two concessions has been confirmed as the winner of both contracts at Singapore Changi airport terminal three

The Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore has confirmed that DFS Venture Singapore has won the two three-year contracts to operate the cigar shop and wine outlet at Singapore Changi airport terminal three south departure/transit lounge. It was the only company to submit proposals for the tenders.

For the cigar concession, DFS offered either 25% of total monthly gross sales or a minimum monthly guaranteed payment of S$22,888 ($15,464), whichever is higher. The company’s proposal for the wine concessions indicates DFS will pay the highest of either 20% of total monthly gross sales or a minimum monthly guarantee of S$31,888 ($21,549).
