Copenhagen Kastrup airport will open a row of temporary stores in terminal three, taking the place of food and beverage outlets.

In the next few weeks Copenhagen Kastrup airport is closing two restaurants in terminal three to make way for temporary retail outlets.

The Karen Blixen restaurant and Isak Dinesen café will close and Café Ritazza will open further along the terminal as a replacement for the dual food and beverage offer.

An airport spokesperson told RavenFox.com: “The closure of Karen Blixen and Isak Dinesen will give us space for a row of temporary shops while we now face a big rebuilding project to the atrium in T3.”

The area by the central security area will be developed in association with incumbent retailer Gebr Heinemann. The area in front of the main duty-free shop in T3 will also soon face an overhaul. The spokesperson confirmed that a new plan was in development for extending other terminal areas. Further details will be released at a later date.
