A duty-free tender is imminent at the long-awaited facility as CPI is called in to handle the process

Concession Planning International (CPI) has been appointed to advise Aeroflot subsidiary JSC Terminal on the implementation of duty-free at Moscow Sheremetyevo airport terminal three, due to open in November. CPI will be responsible for managing the imminent duty-free tender and subsequent selection process.

CPI managing director Frank Gray said: “We are delighted to have been appointed by JSC Terminal to assist in establishing duty-free at Moscow Sheremetyevo’s new terminal three.”

The terminal will act as a dedicated facility, hosting all of Aeroflot’s international services. The project was originally scheduled to be finished in 2004.
