The Clinique consultants working at Heathrow’s new terminal have undergone the brand’s new training programme

Beauty supplier Clinique has opened a counter within the main World Duty Free store at London Heathrow airport terminal five. Featuring the latest store design for the brand, including a treatment consultation table with two diagnostic mirrors and four chairs, the counter is operated exclusively by consultants who have been accredited at level one of Clinique’s new training programme.

The three-tiered Consultant Education Programme was created in cooperation with dermatologists from the Weill Cornell Department of Dermatology and the Orentreich Medical Group and aims at offering clients the best skin consultation available at a cosmetics counter and providing enhanced education and job advancement for the company’s consultants.

Clinique global president Lynne Greene said: “Our consultants are our most important asset. This initiative broadens career opportunities and career paths. We are also taking our client consultations to the next level. Through this program our clients will come to know that Clinique Consultants provide a level of understanding about skin that is truly different.”
