Chris Norris to leave British Airways Enterprises

British Airways Enterprises (BAE) retail director Chris Norris is leaving the company to join international business consultancy firm Accenture.

Norris is one of the inflight retail sector's most respected executives. He joined British Airways in 1991and over the past 10 years has fostered the airline's growing commitment to duty-free. This culminated in the creation of dedicated third-party concessionaire and supply business BAE.

No replacement has been named so far.
