As divorces go, it's an amicable parting of the ways. King Power Group (Hong Kong) and China Duty Free Group (CDFG) are to end the joint purchasing agreement they created through the China Power venture in 2001, but both parties insist they will continue to cooperate on new business opportunities in China and elsewhere
