Chicago O'Hare airport deputy commissioner concessions Nancy Takata has been relieved of her duties as the airport seeks a new way forward for its concessions programme

Chicago O'Hare airport deputy commissioner concessions Nancy Takata has left the city's Department of Aviation amid reports that airport bosses were dissatisfied with the progress of O'Hare's concessions programme. Local newspapers have reported alleged cases of business fraud that may have delayed the allocation of retail and catering contracts.

Takata's responsibilities have been assumed by managing deputy commissioner concessions Angela Manning until a permanent replacement is announced.
