Changi plans shopping festival as sales soar

SINGAPORE. Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) has revealed plans to host a 25-week shopping festival at Singapore Changi airport in the second half of 2006, marking the airport's twenty-fifth year of operation
