Changi hosts Formula 1 roadshow

One-week promotion includes a full-scale Ferrari replica car, a race track simulator and educational panels on F1 history

Singapore Changi airport is hosting the 2008 Formula 1 SingTel Singapore Grand Prix roadshow at the central events site at the terminal two departure transit mall until January 22. The event will promote the new Singapore GP, F1’s first night race and Asia’s first F1 street grand prix, which will take place on September 28 at the Marina Bay Street Circuit.

 

The roadshow, jointly organised by the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore and race promoter Singapore GP, features a full-scale Ferrari replica car and interactive stations including a race track simulator and educational panels on F1 history and the Singapore race. Four daily interactive game shows will also be held, giving participants the chance to win exclusive F1 memorabilia.
