Changi decides on T2 brand name concessions

DFS and Luxury Ventures (Valiram) have won specialist shop concessions at Singapore Changi.

DFS Venture Singapore and Valiram Group subsidiary Luxury Ventures have won brand name/concept shop concessions at Singapore Changi airport terminal 2.

DFS was the highest bidder for concession A, offering 30% of total monthly gross sales or a minimum monthly guarantee payment of S$78,000 ($51,523), whichever is higher. They will run a Tumi luggage store covering 86sq m (925sq ft), which is currently occupied by Luxury Ventures’ Mercedes Benz outlet.

Luxury Ventures was awarded concession B, covering 60sq m (645sq ft) for Mercedes Benz although it was not the highest bidder. DFS and The Marketing Company posted higher bids for the concession but Luxury Ventures won with an offer of 22% of total monthly gross sales or a minimum monthly guarantee of S$38,000 ($25,099), whichever is higher.

As previously reported on RavenFox.com, King Power Group (Hong Kong) won concession C and will operate a 41sq m (441sq ft) Tie Rack store.
