Chacalli warns price cuts could hit diplomat service

Belgian retailer Chacalli-De Decker has voiced concerns that price cuts for distributors serving the diplomatic market could affect the service provided to diplomatic personnel. Following a plea voiced in DFNI June 1, executive director Michael Sheriff said that the situation has deteriorated and further cuts could result in a decrease in the attention to customer service the channel has offered in the past
