Cathay reviews inflight business

Cathay Pacific has issued a Request for Information document to various third-party supply companies.

"It is our policy and practice to obtain regular updates from the supply market," the company said.

Responses are due in by September 21. The document asks companies to gives details on a number of detailed areas. These include current standard response times; IT infrastructure; attitude to partnership environment; company inflight sales; customer service analysis and many others.

Cathay is currently supplied by Inflight Sales Group and Sky Connection. Responses should be send to purchasing manager inflight sales & amenities Ricky Li.
