Caribbean set for duty-free boost

The US house of representatives has passed a proposal that could inject up to $100m into Caribbean countries by increasing the travellers allowances of returning US citizens

The measure, included in the Miscellaneous Trade and Tariffs Act, must now be passed by Congress before the $200 hike (to $800) is put into effect.
