Cappell joins Abu Dhabi

Dan Cappell is to join Abu Dhabi and Al Ain Catering & Duty Free as deputy managing director, the Middle East operator announced today.

As revealed yesterday, Cappell will leave his role as Nestlé International Travel Retail general manager in April.

Abu Dhabi managing director Mohamed Mounib said Cappell would bring a wealth of experience to assist the company's development in the region.

"Dan's appointment comes at a time where many projects are being finalised for our future expansion and he will play a great role in working with the different parties to finalise future projects," said Mounib.

As reported in Duty-Free News International February 1, out now, Hani Gress has been promoted to manager of duty-free operations for Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
