Cappell departs Nestlé International Travel Retail

Dan Cappell, general manager of Nestlé International Travel Retail (NITR), has announced his decision to leave the company at the end of April 2002.

General manager Nestlé World Trade Corp, Gordon Gillett, stated that Cappell's successor will be announced shortly.

Gillett added that Nestlé's management regretted his departure from the group, thanked him for his significant contribution in developing Nestlé within this channel of distribution and wished him well in his new position.

He further emphasised that Nestlé remains committed to working closely with, and supporting, their customers in driving the business forward to the benefit of all concerned, and underlined that the operational infrastructure and commercial plans for 2002 remained intact and unchanged.
