Cannes Show Preview: Zero clocks into inflight market

Is it a clock? Or is it an executive desk toy? The new Smug Design Rock Clock (pictured) from travel-retail specialist Zero Inc doubles as both.

Designed as a "knockaround" rock ball inset with a slim rectangular clock, features include a negative LCD clock display (black background with grey numbers), alarm and snooze control.

The Smug Design Rock Clock retails at $15 in duty-free and is especially targeted at the inflight market.

Zero also announced it will be launching the Zero brand of hinge-free sunglasses retailing at $59 for the stainless steel model and $99 in titanium. Models come in a variety of colourways and shapes.
