Bvlgari is strengthening its presence in the travel-retail channel by closing new deals with travel-retail customers in North America. The new agreements foresee that Bvlgari Parfums SA, Travel Retail Division, will be directly servicing and supplying travel retail clients, previously served by C.U.P.S.A.

For the time being Bvlgari will distribute only fragrances, but the company is considering new opportunities to also introduce all other product categories, thus providing a wider selection of jewellery, watches and accessories.

  •  In 2000 the Bvlgari Group posted a net consolidated turnover of Eur676.0m ($578m), up 39% on 1999. The distribution network relies on 126 Bvlgari stores worldwide including 19 Bvlgari units in travel retail plus other independent points of sale.
