Brussels airport holds chocolate expo

?An exhibition, organised by BIAC (Brussels International Airport Co) and being held in the Promenade of Brussels airport is to showcase the history of chocolate, with a particularly Belgian flavour. The event runs from 8 November until 7 February 2002 and is accessible to all airport visitors.
Topics include the evolution of chocolate from the ancient Aztec drink of "quauhcacaotl" to the present chocolates and chocolate bars and how cocoa beans can be pleasing to the palate.
