Which website do you find most useful? What's your favourite airline? Which airport would you be happy to be delayed in? These were some of the questions in the 17th annual Business Traveller magazine reader poll. British Airways was voted the travel supplier with the most useful website in a survey of 720 regular business travellers--75% of whom took over 10 flights per year.

Other awards went to Singapore Changi airport which was voted Best Airport in the World for the 13th successive year. Amsterdam Schiphol airport was voted best European airport and Chicago O'Hare took the honours in North America. Schiphol's single terminal layout--making it easy for transferring passengers--undoubtedly contributes to its success year after year. Hong Kong International airport rose to number two in the world rankings ahead of Schiphol, Heathrow and Gatwick. In North America, New York JFK rose to third position owing to recent service improvements.

Travellers selected New York as favourite city for business, ahead of London which held the prize for the past three years. Virgin Atlantic's economy class is no longer the favourite and was tipped by Swissair. The Business Traveller 2000 Reader Poll results are summarised as follows:
