Bright Star continues to shine

25-Oct-2002

Nicolas Urioste duty free director at Paraguayan operator Bright Star confirmed to TRW that their in-flight deal with regional airline TAM Mercosur would commence on December 15

"We are putting the finishing touches to the new catalogue and we are optimistic that the products on offer will be greatly appreciated by the TAM passengers flying out of Asuncion," said Urioste.

He added, "Sales in the third quarter were better than expected and although it is too early to talk of economic recovery, Bright Star should have a good end to the year." He confirmed that the Bright Star team has been busy at the Cannes show and that they have concluded several deals for products that were missing from their portfolio.
