Brazilians keep faith as signs of improvement emerge

Retailers in Brazil have had a tough few years. The economic situation in Latin America continues to be difficult and the looming war in Iraq could make things worse. Nevertheless, writes Jonathan Brown, operators have survived and amid signs of improvement they remain optimistic.
