The Australian fashion brand will open a flagship boutique at Sydney International airport terminal two in June

Australian independent fashion brand Blue Illusion is set to open a flagship boutique at Sydney International airport terminal two in June. The company has 55 retail outlets across the country and targets women aged 35 and over. Qualified wardrobe consultants will offer advice to buyers on which products suit their age, lifestyle and body shape.

In addition to clothes, the Sydney T2 store—Blue Illusion’s first airport shop—will offer specialist homeware inspired by the French countryside and a range of gifts.

Blue Illusion co-founder Danny Guest said: “Opening [a store] at an airport is a new challenge for us. However, we are extremely excited about our move into the travel-retail arena.”

Sydney Airport Corp general manager retail Derek Larsen added: “We are looking forward to welcoming Blue Illusion, a great Australian retail success story, to Sydney’s domestic [terminal].”
