Big names return to Cannes

The return of some of the duty-free industry's biggest names to this year's Cannes show has put Tax Free World Association in buoyant mood as the calendar's blue-riband event approaches. But the association is hardening its stance on suppliers that come to Cannes without exhibiting at the show. John Rimmer reports
