Bidders line up for key Changi concession

SINGAPORE. Weitnauer is bidding to defend its fragrances and cosmetics contract in Changi airport terminal one, where tenders are due on December 28. One bidder told DFNI: ?We expect bids to be less aggressive than previously at Changi. Conditions are simply too tough to maintain a sustainable business with high bids.?
